At The Present Days, every item is thoughtfully made just for you. Because most of our products are custom-designed or personalized, we want to be upfront about how returns and refunds work.
Custom & Personalized Products — Final Sale
All custom or personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and approved.
We kindly ask that you review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
Proof Approval (Very Important)
For custom orders, we may provide a digital proof for your review and approval before production.
By approving the proof, you confirm that:

All text, spelling, colors, quantities, and design details are correct

The design is approved exactly as shown
Once a proof is approved, The Present Days is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof, including spelling, layout, or design choices.
If you have any questions or would like changes, please request them before approving the proof—we’re happy to help!
Damages, Defects & Order Errors
Your satisfaction matters to us. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at info@thepresentdays.com within 7 days of receiving your order if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong item

There is a production error on our part (meaning the final product does not match the approved proof)
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer, at our discretion:

A replacement, or

A refund
We may request photos or additional details to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for custom or personalized products.
If an item qualifies for replacement due to a confirmed defect or error, we’ll take care of it as outlined above.
European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, please note that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom or personalized goods. Once production has started, these orders cannot be canceled or returned.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a confirmed issue, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
